Certificates ECTN BSC FERI BIETC CNCA CEE

Our company organizes the withdrawal of certificates ECTN BSC FERI BIETC CNCA CEE for the transport of goods to the African continent. ECTN

The ECTN (Electronic Cargo Tracking Note) certificate is required for the carriage of goods to:

  • Congo;
  • The Republic of Chad;
  • Tog;
  • Bukina Faso;
  • Conakry in Guinea;
  • Burundi;
  • Libya;
  • Equator Guinea
  • Central African Republic.

The ECTN must be submitted to the Shippers Council of State within 5 days of ships departure and 5 days before the vessel arrives at port.
Delivery or entry without an ECTN certificate shall result a fine equal to the ECTN costs plus the amount of the rules issued by that State.

BSC

The BSC (Bordereau de Suivi des Cargaisons) certificate is required for the transport of goods to:

  • Madagascar;
  • the Ivory Coast;
  • Mali;
  • Senegal;
  • Sierra Leone;
  • Nigeria.

FERI

The FERI (Fiche Electronique Renseignement a L’Importation) certificate is required for the transport of goods to:

  • Democratic Republic of Congo.

The FERI certificate must be accompanied by all outgoing cargo documents. If there is no certificate, the goods are not unloaded and a fine of up to $2500 is received, as well as double FERI fees.

BIETC

BIETC ( Bordereau d’Identification Électronique de Traçabilité des Cargaisons) certificate is required for the transport of goods to:

  • Gabon.

According to Gabonese customs rules, all cargo dispatched to Gabonese ports requires a BIETC certificate. The person authorised under Gabonese law must certify the BIETC certificate no later than 5 days after the vessel has left.
Delivery or entry without BIETC certificate encloses a fine of up to $2,500, plus a regulatory fee imposed by customs officials.

CNCA

CNCA (Conselho Nacional de Carregadores de Angola) certificate is required for the transport of goods to:

  • Angola.

The CNCA certificate must be accompanied by all outbound cargo documents. If no certificate, the goods are not unloaded and a fine of up to $5000 is received, as well as double CNCA fees.

CEE

The CEE certificate is required for the carriage of goods to:

  • Guinea-Bissau.

The CEE certificate must be presented to the Shippers Council of State ships within 5 days of departure and 5 days before the vessel arrives at port.
Delivery or arrival without a CEE certificate imposes a fine on the carrier, up to $2500, plus a regulatory fee imposed by customs officials.

Certificates ECTN BSC FERI BIETC CNCA CEE will be issued more quickly if you immediately provide copies of the following documents:

  • The ship’s bill of lading;
  • Shipping line transport invoice;
  • Commercial invoice (specify Item HS code);
  • Packing list
  • GUOT (TI number) for goods destined for Congo;
  • Incoterms conditions;
  • The recipient’s contact details (including email address).
