Sales Manager in Klaipeda

UAB Onze is looking for a sales manager for working with transport service sales in Klaipeda city.

Nature of work

• Development of the company’s sales strategy and implementation of plans;
• Achievement and implementation of sales goals;
• Search for new markets and customers, paying special attention to export markets, cooperation with existing customers;
• Sales planning, analysis of performance, competitors and market;
• Preparation of commercial proposals, conducting negotiations, concluding contracts;
• Coordination of the work of the sales team, the pursuit of common goals.

Requirements for the employee

• Higher university education;
• At least 5 m. work experience in the field of sales of logistics services;
• Sociability, activity, excellent negotiation skills;
• Good knowledge of at least foreign languages at level B2 – English, Russian.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Analytical skills and logical thinking;
• Self-sufficiency, initiative and the pursuit of the goals set, the result.

Salary

2000-2500 €/month in the hands
