Train Merkurijus

Container train “Merkurijus” connects Kaliningrad and Klaipeda seaports, reaches Russia’s capital Moscow through Vilnius and Minsk. Merkurijus carries up to 114 containerized containers (TEU) per trip.

“Merkurijus” train can carry 20, 40, 45 feet standard and specialized containers. The route is Klaipeda / Kaliningrad – Minsk-Moscow and back. The trains can depart from Draugystės (Klaipėda) and Kaliningrad stations, to Vaidota station, where a single unit is formed from the container wagons and is sent to the Moscow region station: Kuncevo 2, Moscow-Tovarnaja-Smolenskaya, Kresty, Silikatnaja. The return route is the same from the Moscow stations, the train arrives at Vaidota Station, there is a wagon loaded, and goes to Kaliningrad or Klaipeda station.
